About SnagATool

SnagATool started with a simple frustration: every "free online tool" seemed to demand an account, plaster a watermark on your work, or upload your files to a server somewhere. We thought the job could be simpler — open a page, use the tool, get on with your day.

So we built SnagATool — a growing collection of free tools — calculators, converters, and generators — that do exactly what they promise. Every tool runs entirely in your web browser using JavaScript. Your images, text, and numbers never leave your device, which keeps things private and makes the tools fast: no upload queues, no processing delays.

There are no accounts to create, nothing to install, and no premium tier holding features hostage. The site is supported by advertising, which is why you will see a few clearly labeled ad slots. The tools themselves will always be free.

We add new tools regularly based on what visitors ask for. If there is a tool you wish existed, tell us — good suggestions become real tools.
