How to use this template
Add a row each time you feed, the baby sleeps, or you change a diaper. Use the dropdowns to keep entries consistent.
Open the Daily Summary tab and set the first date to see two weeks at a glance.
Bring the summary to checkups if your pediatrician asks about feeding and diapers; in the first weeks they often look for steady weight gain and enough wet diapers.
Keep it in a shared Google Sheet so both parents can log from their phones.
