How to use this template
Write 3–5 objectives: short, inspiring statements of what you want to achieve this quarter.
For each, add 2–4 key results with a number: from X to Y by the end of the quarter.
Update Current weekly and set the confidence honestly. Progress handles goals that go down too, like response times.
At the end of the quarter, a score of 0.6–0.7 on stretch goals is considered a success. Reflect, then set the next quarter's OKRs.

Is this OKR template really free?
Yes. Download it, use it as often as you like, and share it with your team. No account, no email, no watermark. The site is supported by advertising.
What is an OKR?
Objectives and Key Results: a qualitative objective plus 2–4 measurable results that show you achieved it.
What is a good OKR score?
For ambitious goals, 60–70% is a strong result; consistently scoring 100% may mean goals are too easy.
Does it work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload the .xlsx to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets; the formulas, dropdowns and conditional formatting carry over. It also works in LibreOffice Calc and Apple Numbers.
