Address Label Maker — Avery-Compatible
Print mailing or return address labels without a word processor. Paste your list (or one address to fill a sheet), pick your Avery-compatible label sheet, and download a perfectly aligned PDF.
How to print address labels
- Choose the label sheet you have; the Avery product number is on the package.
- Paste addresses separated by blank lines, or import a CSV, or choose "Repeat" to fill a sheet with one return address.
- Download the PDF and print at 100% ("Actual size") on the label sheet. Print a test page on plain paper first and hold it against a label sheet to check alignment.
Tips for perfect labels
Always print at actual size; "Fit to page" shrinks the layout and the labels drift out of alignment toward the bottom. Load the label sheet in the direction your printer's manual recommends, and print one test page on plain paper first. Turn on label outlines for the test print to see exactly where each label falls.
If you have a partly used sheet, enter how many labels are already gone; printing starts at the next free label, counting across each row from the top left. The PDF uses standard fonts that support English and Western European characters.
For a CSV import, the first row can be headers such as Name, Address, City, State and ZIP; each row becomes one label with the columns joined into lines. Your addresses stay in this browser; nothing is uploaded.
