Online Screen Recorder
Record a tutorial, bug report or presentation without installing anything. Capture your screen, a single window or a browser tab, add your microphone, and download the video.
Your files never leave your device. Everything is processed in this browser tab: no upload, no server copy.
How to record your screen
- Choose whether to include tab/system audio and your microphone.
- Click Start recording, then pick a screen, window or tab in your browser's sharing dialog.
- Click Stop (or the browser's Stop sharing button), preview the video and download it.
Tips for great screen recordings
Recording a single browser tab gives the cleanest result and lets you capture that tab's sound in Chrome and Edge. Whole-screen recording can include system audio on Windows and ChromeOS; on macOS, browsers can capture tab audio but not other apps.
Close notifications and unrelated tabs first, increase text size for readability, and keep recordings short and focused. A brief countdown gives you time to switch to the window you want to show.
Videos are saved as MP4 where your browser supports it, otherwise as WebM, which plays in modern browsers and VLC. Use our video trimmer to cut the start and end, or Video to GIF for a short looping clip.
